The Tobacco Stores
The Tobacco Stores, a newly developed space for us, is a stunning venue offering iconic views. With a capacity of up to 600 guests for receptions, this area combines contemporary elegance with Manchester’s rich industrial history. It’s an ideal setting for large corporate events, product launches, and parties. The Tobacco Stores has held events for clients such as The Natalie Kate Moss Foundation, Pro Manchester & JD Sports.
The Bays
The Bays is another versatile space steeped in the rich history of the Warehouse. Suitable for receptions of up to 250 guests, this area is perfect for medium-sized events. The Bays has held memorable events for clients such as Microsoft, Adidas, Red Bull and Manchester United. The Bays retain the industrial charm with exposed brickwork and high ceilings, creating a unique atmosphere that can be tailored to suit any event style. Whether hosting a corporate function, an art exhibit, or a festive celebration, The Bays provides a memorable setting that enhances the overall experience. The aesthetic of The Bays also mean that it is our favorite event space for weddings, like Emily and Nick’s.
The Archives
The Archives, located below the Warehouse, offers a more urbanized and intimate environment for your events. Accommodating up to 250 guests for receptions, this space is perfect for those looking for a unique, underground vibe. The industrial décor, featuring original brickwork and vaulted ceilings, adds character and charm, making it ideal for private parties and creative workshops. The Archives blend history and modernity, ensuring a captivating backdrop for any occasion. The Archives also interconnects to our other event space: The Cellars. Digital Marketing Agency connective3 recently hosted their second ‘Up North’ marketing festival at Victoria Warehouse. The event, which brought together over 400 people, took over the Archives as well as The Cellars and The Bays.
The Cellars
Inspired by the historical ambience of the venue, The Cellars provide a cosy yet stylish setting for your events. With a reception capacity of up to 200 guests, this space is perfect for intimate gatherings and private celebrations. The Cellars feature inspired décor and atmospheric lighting, creating a warm and inviting environment. The Cellars have hosted events for names such as, Beauty Bay, Penguin Books, Sky Sports and Manchester Craft Beer Festival.
The Cotton Sheds
Our queen bee! The Cotton Sheds are the largest spaces within Victoria Warehouse, ideal for grand-scale events. With a reception capacity of up to 2,500 guests and a concert capacity of 3,500, this area is perfect for large concerts, exhibitions, and major corporate events. Some standout events in The Cotton Sheds include The Convenience Store Awards, Pretty Little Thing, Booking.com & Heineken. The expansive, open-plan design allows for versatile event setups and creative freedom. The industrial aesthetic and modern facilities ensure that The Cotton Sheds can accommodate a wide range of event types, making it a premier choice for large-scale events.
The Cinema
For a more intimate and quirky occasion, we even have a Cinema Room. This restored cinema offers a unique setting with seating for up to 20 guests. Perfect for private screenings, small presentations,exclusive gatherings and filming opportunities. The Cinema combines vintage charm with modern amenities. The cosy atmosphere and distinctive décor make it an ideal spot for intimate events that require a touch of nostalgia and exclusivity.
