Once we receive your enquiry, our stellar sales team will be in touch with a custom proposal. You’ll also be able to take a look around our venue to ensure that it meets your needs.
After confirmation, you’ll be matched with one of our event managers who will be on hand to organise and oversee the finest specifics of your event. They’ll be your main point of contact up to the day of your event to iron out all the details and make sure everything goes swimmingly.

Catering
We’re home to an in-house catering team with a wealth of knowledge and experience. Whether you’re picturing a few snacks, a fresh, conceptual dining experience, or a delicious three-course meal, they’re more than capable of providing excellent service to ensure that your needs and preferences are accommodated.
Accessibility
Our venue is fitted with accessible WCs, lifts, and step-free/ramp access.
Should you have any additional requirements, we would always recommend speaking to our events team as soon as possible to make sure that your guests enjoy their experience to the fullest.
Transport
Victoria Warehouse is easily accessible, making it ideal for a variety of vibrant events.
Located in South West Manchester, the venue is just a 15-minute drive from the city centre – perfect if you’re travelling to us via car or taxi service.
We also have excellent transport links via tram or rail, alongside bike parking posts and limited parking at the venue.

Curfews
Curfew is usually 12 am. However, if extensions are required, please get in touch with our team, who may be able to accommodate this depending on availability.
Sound and AV
Here at Victoria Warehouse, we don't have fixed noise restrictions, and sound levels will be managed on the day by our events team.
In the Cotton Sheds, all AV equipment must be provided by the client. However, for the rest of our spaces, the following amenities are available:
- A PA system and mic
- Multicolour down lighters
- Projectors
- TV screens
