This October the team at Victoria Warehouse have been very busy hosting a multitude of events across every inch of our industrial warehouse venue. Here is just a very small round up of what’s been happening between our four walls.

JD Outdoors Winter Conference.
We welcomed an all-encompassing Winter-Wonderland themed event for JD and Go Outdoors to host their party and awards this October. Our Cotton Sheds completely transformed into a Christmas dream featuring; christmas trees, cable cars, ski chalets and so much more! They invited 300 guests including store-managers from across the country and had long overdue celebrations of staff accomplishments from 2019-2021. The event even had a motivational speech from Kriss Akabusi, MBE, a British former sprint and hurdling track and field athlete.
Homes For Students Conference and Party.
Homes For Students, the UK’s largest independent student accommodation provider hired The Bays and Archive areas for a 2-day event including a conference and a party. The team at Homes for Students transformed out venue into a funfair-themed celebration complete with fire-breathers, stilt-walkers and plenty of dancing where guests enjoyed a variety of food and drink including cotton-candy prosecco and delicious burgers.
UEFA Women’s Euro 2022 Draw.
Victoria Warehouse was honoured to be asked to host the Women’s UEFA draw for the Euros 2022. The event saw our Shed A transformed into a live TV studio complete with a live audience which then saw the UEFA Women’s Euro draw televised internationally by the BBC. Presented by former international rhythmic gymnast Gabby Logan MBE and former professional footballer Alex Scott MBE, this event was the one of the first times in the history of the women’s football championships that they have been given similar exposure to their male counterparts’ competition draw.
The draw was assisted by a host of famous football faces including; Karen Carney, Anja Mittag, Juan Mata, Ruben Diaz, Katrine Pedersen, Kelly Smith and Lotta Schelin. In addition to the excitement of the Euros draw, there was also musical entertainment throughout the afternoon from Ellie Goulding and Ella Henderson, plus a party of a number of VIP guests.
The event was a huge success and we couldn’t have been more proud to be asked to play a part in it.
In-House Recruitment Conference & Exhibition.
The team at In-House recruitment held their exhibition and conference in our Cotton Shed event space welcoming a host of in-house recruiters to the Victoria Warehouse. They hosted a number of exhibitors and seminars with keynote speakers sharing industry knowledge throughout the day All of the event activity took place within Shed A, the biggest of event spaces which was split into three key areas filled with exhibitor stalls, a theatre style conference plus meeting stations and more.
Weddings… Weddings… Weddings!
Wedding season is still very much amongst us here at Victoria Warehouse where we have been inundated with hosting a number of weddings for happy couples to share their special day with their loved ones.
We’ve loved being part of the special memories created within our four walls.
