2025 has been an incredibly busy year at Victoria Warehouse. From boundary-pushing trade shows and company conferences with a twist, to dynamic awards ceremonies and, finally, a whole lot of Christmas parties, it’s been a blast.
Thank you to everyone that has walked through our doors this year – whether you’re an event attendee, event planner, or supplier.
To celebrate the end of the year, we’re taking a look back at some of our favourite moments from 2025. Take a look:
Up North 2025
This year, we welcomed Connective3 for yet another edition of Up North, an exciting event that brought together the marketing industry in Manchester.
“A real highlight of the year for me has been watching the event grow alongside us, with 2025 marking their largest edition yet,” says Freya Glenn, our Sales Manager. “Up North, a marketing conference-turned-festival, began as an 80-person conference and has expanded to welcome 400 marketers across 3event spaces in 2025. The atmosphere remains energetic yet informative throughout the entire day.”
She adds: “The organisers at Connective3 clearly put a lot of thought into every detail, refining the experience year after year. From the smooth flow of the schedule to the high-quality industry talks and the more relaxed, workshop-style elements, the event offers genuine variety for anyone in the marketing industry. It has been a pleasure to watch Up North grow annually and to continue serving as the hosting venue.”
Believe: The Polar Express Experience
This Christmas, an amazing new festive experience touched down at Victoria Warehouse, with multiple members of the team claiming it as their 2025 highlight.
Bethany McCauley, Account Manager, says: “A personal highlight was securing Warner Brothers’ Polar Express immersive walk through event. They have taken over The Tobacco Stores from October 2025 – January 2026, with 12 build days and 39 live days with 41 time slots throughout the day. It was surreal to walk through and not recognise the space at all as they had transformed the venue to replicate the film.”
Marie Thenon, Events Manager, also adds: “The Polar Express Experience takeover in the Tobacco Stores has been great to see – the transformation of the venue is so impressive, and the Experience itself is incredibly well thought out, definitely an enjoyable one for all ages!”
Ten Years of Weddings
This year, we celebrated ten years of weddings at Victoria Warehouse, with Weddings & Special Events Coordinator saying that one of her 2025 highlights was “continuing to welcome couples in our 10th year of weddings at Victoria Warehouse and further growing our offering through new package development.”
She adds that: “I’ve loved delivering a spectacular 40th birthday in the Tobacco Stores with immersive Halloween theming, as well as coordinating multiple Bar Mitzvahs – each unique in their own way. It’s always a pleasure to collaborate with returning agents and creative suppliers on all of our events; that collaboration is where our venue truly comes to life.”
