On New Years’ Day, Sankeys Warehouse will return for another instalment, headlined by dance music tastemaker Fatboy Slim, with support from Tube & Berger, Franky Rizardo, Sam Holt, and Matt Jam Lamont. After the sell-out success of the Sankeys Warehouse launch party, we’re committed to making this one even bigger, with massive production values, and more top artists still to be announced.

In anticipation of Sankeys Warehouse NYD, we decided to compile a list of our top ten Fatboy Slim tracks. Slim, aka Norman Cook, has won ten MTV Video Music Awards and two Brit Awards as a solo electronic act. He helped to popularize the beat genre and is regarded as one of the most important figures in international dance music. He has turned out countless crossover hits that are loved by diverse audiences, including many people who would previously not have considered themselves fans of dance or electronic genres. There are so many classic Fatboy Slim tracks that we had a hard time picking just ten, so we apologise in advance if we’ve overlooked your favourite song!

10 – Song For Lindy (Better Living Through Chemistry, 1996)

9 – Don’t Let The Man Get You Down (Palookaville, 2004)

8 – The Joker (Palookaville, 2004)

7 – Sunset (Bird of Prey) (Halfway Between The Gutter And The Stars, 2000)

6 – Gangster Trippin (You’ve Come A Long Way Baby, 1989)

5 – Weapon of Choice (Halfway Between The Gutter And The Stars, 2000)

4 – Rockafellar Skank (You've Come A Long Way Baby, 1989)

3 – Going Out Of My Head (Better Living Through Chemistry, 1996)
