JOHN CARPENTER RELEASE THE BATS TOUR
EXTRA DATE ADDED AT THE TROXY LONDON.
PLUS NEW VENUE ANNOUNCED FOR MANCHESTER.

Due to the high level of the demand for the John Carpenter Release The Bats Tour this Halloween, an extra date has been added for London fans who had missed out on tickets to the sold out show on Monday 31st October, which will take place at the Troxy, on Tuesday 1st November. The dates announced for the Manchester leg of the tour, which were previously being held at the Albert Hall, will now take place at the 5,000 capacity Victoria Warehouse on Saturday 29th October.

Both announcements will allow for an extra 4,000 tickets to be sold across the two venues which have already seen over 7,000 sold to highly demanded tour and what is set to be the most terrifying yet. Featuring the horror master himself, John Carpenter is responsible for much of the horror genres most striking soundtrack work in movies such as Dark Star (1974), Assault on Precinct 13 (1976), Halloween (1978), The Fog (1980), Escape from New York (1981), Christine (1983), Starman (1984), Big Trouble in Little China (1986), Prince of Darkness (1987) and They Live (1988) to name a few.

The themes that drive them can be stripped to a few coldly repeating notes, take on the electrifying thunder of a rock concert, or submerge themselves into exotic, unholy miasmas. It’s work that instantly floods his fans’ musical memory with imagery of a menacing shape stalking a babysitter, a relentless wall of ghost-filled fog, lightning-fisted kung fu fighters, or a mirror holding the gateway to hell.

Both venues will be transformed Halloween style, and attendees are encouraged to dress up for the spooky spectacular.

***TICKETS ON SALE AT 9AM ON FRIDAY 1ST JULY***

Please note: All tickets purchased for both Friday 28th October & Saturday 29th October at the Albert Hall will be valid for the rescheduled show on Saturday 29th October at the Victoria Warehouse.

Any ticket holders for the Friday event in Manchester who are not able to attend the new date will be offered a full refund. All Friday ticket holders have been notified of the changes and can request a refund up until Friday 29th July. No refunds will be offered after this point.
